How do I pay for my order?

We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. For maximum payment security we have partnered with the leading online payment provider Worldpay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, who's secure payment gateway is built around leading web technologies from Sun, the Apache Software Foundation, JavaSoft and Sybase, and all transactions are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.

You can pay for your online order using the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Solo,Electron or Maestro/Switch cards. We also implement Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa. Please note we can only accept cash and cheque payments for purchases made in store.

What about VAT?

All prices include VAT (where appropriate), and our VAT number is 915 7850 03.

How do I use a promotion code?

Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. When you reach the order summary page, enter the promotion code into the box as directed. You'll need to enter the promotion code to get the discount or special offer on your order.
