After you have received your goods, you can return any clothing to us for a refund. To enable us to refund you, your order must be cancelled in writing within 7 days of receipt, and goods returned to us within 30 days. After the 7 days, goods returned to us without notification, can be exchanged for goods or credit voucher.

Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 90 days of receipt of your goods. Please note for reasons of hygiene, personal products, vibrators and creams cannot be returned once opened unless the product/s is/are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.

Delivery charges will not be refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Please retain proof of postage.
