Placing an order with redcherryonline.com is easy. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:

1. Find the items you want

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A keyword search is located in the menu of our website. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

2. Add the items to your shopping basket

If you want to order an item from redcherryonline.com, click the 'Add to Basket' button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Basket you will automatically return to your shopping experience. Keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the 'My Basket' icon at the top of every page of our website.

3. Proceed to checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Basket. If you decide that you don't wish to buy a particular item, tick the 'delete' box next that item and click 'update Basket'. The item(s) will be removed from your current Basket.When you're ready to place an order for everything in the 'My Basket Items' section, click the 'Proceed to checkout' button

4. Enter a billing address

Tell us the address of the person who is paying for your order.

5. Enter a delivery address

IF the billing details are different from the delivery address, tell us where you would like to have your order delivered.

6. Enter your email address

Keep in mind that the email address you provide here will be the only email address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.

7. Choose a delivery method

We will automarically consolidate your items into one delivery. However if there is more than one item in your order,you will be given the option to deliver items as soon as they become available beginning with those already in stock (at additional cost).

The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

8. Enter your promotional code

If you have a promotion code to apply to the order, e.g. for a free gift if your order qualifies, please enter it in the box provided.

9. Review & submit your order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the 'Place Order' button to submit your order. You will be taken through to our secure payment partners WorldPay and the first page of the payment process.

10. Provide payment information

Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. You can pay for your online order using the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Delta, Switch, Maestro or Solo cards.  Please note we don't accept Visa Electron for online or telephone orders, and we can only accept cash and cheque payments for purchases made instore.  All orders must be prepaid, but remember payment will not be taken until we are ready to despatch the item(s). Enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes.

11. Confirmation of your order

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of despatch.
